His coaching is supported by a 35 year career spent in Financial Services, Business services and Management consulting with 20 years at CEO/MD level both in the UK and Europe. He has experience of leading, managing and developing high performing teams to deliver sustained  business performance.

His approach to coaching and mentoring is tailored to the individual or business because no two clients or businesses are the same. He utilises a non directive coaching style to build empathy and trust with clients. This is supported by questioning and constructive challenge to identify issues that are important to the client and he empowers the client to develop solutions which improve their performance and achieve their goals.
