Thought Gauge Executive Coaching Limited was formed by Andrew D’Arcy in 2023 following a 35-year career spent in Financial Services, Business Services and Management Consultancy with 20 years at CEO/MD level in both the U.K. and Europe.

Andrew is a qualified Executive Coach and is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Mastered programme which is accredited by the Association for Coaching and has been awarded a European Quality award conferred by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Mastered is the premier executive coaching programme in the U.K.Andrew is a Practitioner level member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Andrews approach to coaching is tailored to the individual or business because no two clients or businesses are the same. His non directive coaching style is based on empathy and listening to build trust with clients and through questioning and constructive challenge identifying the issues that are important to the client and empowering the client to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
